Everyone always does better with a CHALLENGE! Having a clearly defined start and end date is super helpful in staying motivated. We keep it short, fun and extremely effective!
The challenge is called Makeover Madness! We get teams together for an added layer of comraderie and accountability and provide tons of inspiration and support along the way to get you amazing results in a very short period of time! Challenges are awesome kick starts to get you into the healthy habits you need to sustain your results.
Unlimited access to live virtual classes including Fitness Boxing, Kickboxing, Bootcamps, Bodysculpt, Yoga/Stretch, Abs/Core and more. All classes are taught by Certified Personal Trainers and no experience is ever needed. There are beginners in every class and all ages and fitness levels are welcome. The only equipment needed would be a pair or two of dumbbells for the Bodysculpt class as it’s all weight lifting if you are doing virtual.

Proper nutrition is 90% of the battle with health and wellness so we make it simple to learn, easy-to-follow and most importantly, sustainable. We teach how to eat clean, whole foods at the right time with the right combinations. We never promote dietary supplements or calorie restrictive plans. Everything we provide is a well-balanced, healthy meal plan that can be followed by anyone. We have options for vegetarians and diabetics and work around any food allergies such as dairy or gluten.
You've got questions, we've got answers! Our team of Certified Personal Trainers will be at your service on weekly open office hours via Zoom. A weekly schedule will be provided of when the office hours are available and you are welcome to join the call to ask any questions you may have. You may attend as often as you like to ensure you get as much guidance as you need. We are here to help and look forward to meeting you!

Empowering Punch has its own custom app which will be available to all participants. The app is very user-friendly and is great for tracking all types of data from weight to measurements to meal plans and progression photos. It also houses recordings of all our live classes as well as professional workout videos that can be viewed anytime, anywhere. There are boxing techniques and fitness how-to videos along with explainer videos on proper exercise form. Lastly, the app comes with a monthly subscription that delivers daily/weekly motivational messages, fit tips and inspirational quotes that serve as a top-of-mind touch point to keep you engaged.
Participants have access to an Empowering Punch Member Portal where they can find cooking demos that teach how to make healthy food taste delicious! There are also quick reels on meal planning and meal prepping best practices to teach how to easily be prepared with healthy meals and snacks. And, there’s an amazing healthy meals cookbook as well as pages of meal and snack ideas to help from getting bored with eating the same things.
Each month, participants will be invited to join us for a one-hour interactive virtual workshop on various topics related to their health and wellness journey. The workshops are deep dives into valuable topics such as the psychology behind overeating to depression and self-sabotage, as well as how to form healthy habits and what type of fitness works best for you. Everyone will be permitted to ask questions in the chat and the calls will be recorded and housed in the member portal for future reference.
Weekly and/or monthly emails will be sent to all participants with valuable health, wellness, fitness and nutrition tips and tricks. The content will range from inspirational and motivational to educational and helpful to ensure your health and fitness is always top of mind and being prioritized. We're here to keep you on track by constantly providing you with new and informative ways to do just that!
