PAUL SCIANNA
Best known for his extreme weight loss successes
Paul Scianna has raised the bar for health and fitness results. Due to his extreme nature, he has always been a leader in the world of fitness. His career started inside the boxing ring when he made his professional debut on Fox’s reality TV show, The Next Great Champ with Oscar De La Hoya
Through living the life of a professional athlete, the behind-the-scenes blessing came from years of
research and experimentation with different nutrition plans and fitness training which allowed him to pinpoint the formula for success. Paul has developed his own unique recipe to transform both mindset and the body in a manner conducive for all ages, sizes and fitness levels.
His real area of expertise lies within his teaching style. Paul breaks down the science in layman's terms to ensure every client not only understands how
to follow the process but more importantly, learns from it.
His unmatched work ethic and perseverance to succeed is the reason he is so highly sought out in the world of fitness. His programs empower you with the knowledge, confidence and desire to never give up on yourself again.
DANYL SCIANNA
Growing up as a competitive athlete from the early age of seven, Danyl Scianna has never lost that fire to always strive to be the best. Competing in everything from mountain bike racing, karate, volleyball, softball, soccer, bodybuilding and 12 years of competitive speed skating, she became obsessed with learning how the body transforms with proper training and nutrition.
Her pure passion for athletic performance soon opened the door to personal training and wellness coaching which, without question turned into her very fulfilling career leading her to Empowering Punch.
With over 25 years of personal training and fitness experience, Danyl took on the role of developing the first of its kind, Weight Loss Academy. Her mission is to dispel the media myths of fad diets and teach her audience how to live a healthy life without dieting or missing out on indulgences.
Her competitive efforts are now directed toward teaching and empowering her clients to be the best they can be. She finds that educating women how to overcome the natural challenges that come with age, pregnancy and being a busy mom is the secret to success for achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.

JAMES SENDER
James is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is the head boxing trainer with Empowering Punch and has trained under Professional Boxer, Paul Scianna, since he was just 12 years old.
James is the senior trainer at EP, heads up the youth program and has an extensive roster of clients ranging from weight loss goals to competitive boxing aspirations.
James was a natural talent in athletics as a youth and fell in love with personal training through his own journey growing up in the gym.
ASHLEY MOBLEY
Ashley is a certified personal trainer through NASM, and has been training at Empowering Punch for five years. Her passion for fitness began when she was a competitive gymnast. She loves all forms of exercise, but mainly running and lifting. Her proudest accomplishment is her three teenage sons, and she loves that because she lives a healthy lifestyle, she has the energy to keep up with them. She is passionate on coaching others how to live their healthiest self in a fun, sustainable way!
LEVI GOEDL
Levi is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council
on Exercise (ACE). Additionally, he holds various certifications such as pregnancy and postpartum exercise, sports nutrition, wellness coaching, holistic health, stress reduction and meditation, and older adult fitness.
Hailing from the mountains of Colorado, Levi has been coaching
clients since 2006 and has extensive experience with pretty much every outdoor adventure sport and has also competed in several bodybuilding competitions.
At the end of the day, he believes in Ben and Jerry’s motto, “If it’s not fun, why do it?”
JAKE CREADON
Jake is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has trained many different types of clients in recent years. Jake has trained high school athletes, patients with Parkinson’s Disease and weight loss clients of all levels, giving him a diverse background of personal training. He has always enjoyed fitness and training because of his love for basketball, which he played for two years in college. He got into the fitness industry to help change people’s lives physically, mentally and emotionally through fitness.
BASIL JONES
Basil holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management but his intrigue for health and fitness led him down the path of personal training. Basil has always been involved in sports and fitness, both competitive and recreational. What was most compelling for him was the camaraderie that accompanied any sporting environment. He was also driven by the competitive nature teammates shared with each other. Basil knows the importance of having that support system and constant desire to improve, which is what he loves most about personal training.
TYLER BURTON
From a very early age, Tyler had an
innate desire to help others.
Following that passion, he graduated Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
He views health and fitness through a holistic lens and understands that the mind and body act as one. When you study the human mind and how it affects behavior, it allows you to provide clarity and problem solving that isn’t always apparent at face value. Achieving success with health and fitness is a primary derivative of the proper mindset. Being able to help my
clients facilitate that mindset shift is an invaluable experience and why I
love what I do.
